Bert van den Hoek is a private markets specialist advising clients in developing and managing tailored investment solutions for institutional and private wealth capital. Bert has had senior real estate portfolio and asset management roles at both institutional investors and investment managers providing him unique insights and broad perspectives.
Over his career spanning more than 30 years, Bert has developed a vast network of private market players across Europe and the US: he has been based in Amsterdam, London and New York expanding his reach.
Bert has founded Hook Impact Capital to apply his expertise to impactful investment advisory opportunities in private markets. Bert most recently headed Bouwinvest’s New York office and has worked at Partners Group, Deutsche Bank/DWS, PGGM, GIC, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investment Banking and Westbrook Partners.
